Scott Chernis is a photographer who lives and works in the San Francisco Bay Area. His work focuses on documentary jazz photography, portraiture, lifestyle and food. From New Orleans to San Francisco his jazz photography has been widely published and exhibited. His portraits are used by individuals and businesses alike, the lifestyle and food work continues to evolve and a focus on sustainable agriculture and food production is emerging, his first book will be published in early 2008.
